Paradise Ganga - A River Side Hotel Rishikesh, Rishikesh

The hotel's location is incomparable, right in the middle of a bustling bazaar and close to the river, offering a unique setting. The rooms, on the other hand, were disappointing with a small size, Indian toilet seat, and no view, making it challenging to rest well, especially with reports of rat infestation. The service, however, stood out with friendly and hardworking staff, providing a positive interaction throughout my stay.

The hotel is in a stunning location, right by the Ganga with Triveni Ghat just a stone's throw away. The rooms, though clean, are regrettably under-maintained, and there is a concern with rat infestation. The staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and cooperative, enhancing the overall experience. The dining offers exceptional taste but is only available as part of a package. The hotel facilities are satisfactory, with a prominent use of organic products.

The hotel is situated near the enchanting Triveni Ghat, which is about 5 meters away, right in the heart of Rishikesh surrounded by the bustling bazaar and overlooking the serene Ganges. While the proximity to Triveni Ghat is fantastic, the service was a bit mixed, ranging from polite and helpful to somewhat ignoring smaller tables in favor of larger groups. The rooms, unfortunately, had a rat infestation issue leading to a sleepless night, although the overall atmosphere near the Ganga Aarti was exceptional.
